Jennie Pacheco BSc., PMP, CSP
Founder - Occupational Health & Safety Consultant
Elevar is led by Jennie who has 18+ years as a practitioner in the construction industry with 15 of those specializing in Health & Safety Management. Having worked for Developers, General Contractors & Construction Managers locally as well as the US, Bahamas & Bermuda she appreciates the effort required from all players on projects as it relates to health & safety. She is a Qualified Fall Protection Engineer & a Competent Person for Fall Protection as defined by OSHA Regulations and recognised by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as a CSP.
Jennie’s approach to health and safety is to educate operatives and decision makers and elevate standards within the construction industry.
Jana Zverina M.Sc., P.Eng.
Founding Partner- Environmental Specialist
Jana's experience in project management of over 30 years of high profile Environmental projects makes her invaluable to the Elevar team. She has undertaken comprehensive environmental work in conjunction with geological investigations in the Cayman Islands for major developers and is familiar with local geology and hydrogeology.
She has been the lead in landfill investigations, monitoring, gas migration studies, buildings & public protection, safety & health programs developments, risk mitigation during excavation and construction within municipal landfills. She is well versed in water source evaluations, water and wastewater systems evaluations, Environmental Screening Assessments, Environmental Protection Plans and Mitigation Plans.
Monika Acheson P.Eng.
Professional Engineer-Water &Wastewater Specialist
Monika's experience spans 10 years in both the Oil & Gas and Water Treatment industries. She has completed numerous municipal and industrial water & wastewater treatment projects throughout Western Canada, with involvement in electrical design, plant automation, process equipment selection, package design, and project management.
Monika has overseen projects from concept to completion, including construction supervision, start-up and commissioning, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Milan Zverina M.Sc., P.Eng.
Founding Partner- Water &Wastewater Specialist
Milan has over 30 years of experience in feasibility studies, municipal and industrial water & wastewater systems evaluations, water & wastewater treatment, process equipment & package design, manufacture and start up, design and management of the construction of equipment and pipelines for the oil & gas industry.
The projects he participated in include numerous plants & equipment in Eastern Europe, Asia, Canada and the US. Milan was also involved in geological, hydro-geological and environmental studies in the Cayman Islands for high profile clients.
